If the built-up area is 1,000 sq. feet, then the carpet area would not exceed 700 sq. feet.

What is Super Built-up Area?

The super built-up area refers to the entire salable area. It includes the carpet area, along with the terrace, balconies, areas occupied by walls, and areas occupied by common/shared construction (for example, lift, stairs, etc.). However, it does not include areas such as compound walls, open-to-sky swimming pools, parks, driveways, open sports facilities, inaccessible garden areas, play areas, underground sinks, water tanks, and septic tanks.
